Not sure if anyone suggested this yet, but maybe the color disparity between when psychic friend fred bear says “ I will put you back together “ and all previous speech text is that he’s hearing that last line in person instead of through psychic friend fred bear’s speaker. We all sound different through speakers but it’s close enough that you can identify who is speaking usually, so even though he was in a coma he could tell it was still the same voice as whoever was controlling the little psychic bear.

wait your eye color is desided by your dna the lonely freddies don't have that but a newborn has blue eyes when it's born later on in it's life it gets a different eye color. this could be the reason why the eyes change by the freddy's they see their victim see their eye color and then changes to it. now this may not explain anything but your eye color is desided by your parents their eye color is mostly your eye color aswell same goes for their dna the freddy's asks what you like that can be something to do with dna( like allergies). if this is not the case then there is no way the robot can change eye color because of the soul the eye color is printed on or with a light they can't change that by being haunted.

Theory: Alec's sister might be Vannesa in security breach since ness has green eyes and blonde hair even though people think its Elizabeth it cant be since in the true ending (I think I've never played the full game of any of the fnaf franchise) of fnaf 6 we see baby in the fire so we know its NOT Elizabeth but also it could be since there are two people in baby a robot version of Charlie and Elizabeth somehow escapes and finds an animatronic to live in then does the exact same thing with lonely freddy

Unless the point of Bodyswapping is literal between the game and books. Unless that's how Afton intended to "Put you back together". Store your soul away, let the body die. Make a new one. It could also be something meant to be in testing in order to save Baby.
'Quick thought when talking about similarities in Alec and the crying child I believe the reason Foxy's head is torn off may be his brother ripping it off and using it as a mask during the bite.
