Why Did The Egyptians Stop Building Pyramids? | Immortal Egypt | Timeline
The professor explores one of Saqqara's last pyramid complexes to illustrate how Ancient Egypt's `Pyramid Age' came to an end. A worsening climate combined with political upheaval, famine and economic difficulties to plunge the state into a dark era of civil war, with the land dividing into smaller city-states headed by ambitious small-town leaders. In an obscure tomb in Thebes, she uncovers the stories of warriors who fought in the bloody battle that would eventually lead to Egypt's reunification, and reveals how settlers known as the `Hyksos' tried to infiltrate the fledgling nation's government to seize the throne.

Did anybody ever ask himself why those pyramids at Giza were built? Not to host the body of an unimportant pharaoh but to save knowledge. They were built by a high educated and skilled Previous Civilization that knew that they would vanish because of a recurring, thus predictable natural disaster. They made the Great Pyramid as a message from them to us. In the pyramid their history must have been recorded. And they may have left interesting knowledge for us. But everything is stolen thousands of years ago. Later pharaos, leading a less skilled civilization, tried to copy this concept because it would make a great burrial site for them. But soon they realized that they were no longer capable to make such a construction. That recurring disaster is caused by the ninth planet of our solar system, also known as Nibiru. That planet is known for thousands of years. We find abundant and convincing evidence for the crossing of this planet 9 and the cycle of civilizations that is the effect of the disasters. To learn more about the cycle of civilizations and its timeline, recurring floods and ancient high tech, read the e-book: Planet 9 = Nibiru. You can read it nicely on any computer, tablet or smartphone. Just search for: invisible nibiru 9
first time she had to use a mask
They wanted to.
Why do they keep lying about the pyramids they are 10 thousand years old not 5 the Egyptians didn't build the pyramids the Annaki did
I'll look it up for you

This Ancient Egyptologist has always been an obvious favourite.👍 Love the focus on the ancient culture. --Shannon
fake hair and acting like she is in a broadway play... nobody came here to see you , lady besides that, what an airhead
Ohhhh, yaaay!!!! I just love this Archeologist! She is glorious! As is her red hair! And, as is her lovely accent! --Shannon Aguilar ❤️
"...not only ruled by military power, but by fear and suspicion..." Oh, what a story teller you are. Described in minute detail. I presume you lived during the time of the Pharaohs?
The clammy litter booly stain because armadillo naturalistically fry opposite a befitting museum. needy, itchy drink
Isn't it usually hot in Egypt? Why the solid black garments? You're a pretty lady, who would look "much" better in lighter, pastel colours; as a summer dress for instance. A nice, summery type parasol would also be suitable. I believe that black attracts 'more' heat?! And if you are concerned about your weight, stop punishing yourself. Most of all of us, male & female have a few extra pounds...so what! You're a professor my dear, and that is a very respectable achievement! By the way, I'm not a clothes designer or even remotely connected to that. I'm a 77-year-old man, Canadian, and I suppose feel younger than that. Er..., most of the time! All the best, Erik
Maybe they adopted them
Her hosting really amazing ❤️👻
yes but why is she wearing a clown wig
So much bloodshed for nothing, one thing I learned so far from this series is that humans need a story for them to believe and be a part of and the best story is when you tell them you are a deity or know one. Overall these documentaries are amazing and feel like a time machine.
Fun fact: Cleopatra lived in a time period closer to today than to the time the first pyramid was built. Imagine how astounding and long lasting the Ancient Egyptian Civilization was.
NOT SURE IT WAS THIS SITE BUT POURING SANDSTONE IN A LIQUID STATE MAKES SO MUCH MORE SENSE THAN HAULING UP 70 TON STONES 1000 FEET!!
WHY ARE WE SHOUTING??!
What a beautiful docmentary. Thank you
Maybe the masks were for Mardi Gras 🥳
Ancient Egyptian culture has been a favorite of mine since I was a child. Love documentaries like this! 🇪🇬
I may be the only one that noticed the Professor has a collar on.
Jesus Christ y’all still teaching the Egyptians build them when we’ve confirmed they predate the Egyptians and found the Dead Sea scrolls which say they were made by Enoch before the flood, as well as finding heavy water erosion around the sphinx supporting that they were made before the flood before Egyptians? Seriously? How can pretend to be educated enough to make a documentary you’re not even educated in?
I really like the way she presents the information.
@tehjamez yes.
no
the Egyptians didn't build these pyramids. They have been around for over 10,000 years.
This lady touched a raw mummy and then immediately touched her face. 2018 was a different world.
hah
@Jonas creeeeps
she did get burned for it by the gods... or the pharaos wrath
Exodus...Bible....no more slaves to do it...
The slave thing has been thoroughly debunked. The housing of paid workers was excavated years ago. Plus the story of the exodus is absurd.
Is that Carrot Tops mom?
Why did the Egyptians stop building pyramids? Because My Israelite people were liberated from Egypt and set out to their promised land. This set in motion the end of the age of worshipping the pagan sun and moon gods of Nimrod's descendant nations which became Babylon, Egypt, Greece, and Rome, Aztec, Miyan, many of the Arab cultures, among others. This is also why we see pyramids around the world dating to 3-6,000 years ago. When Babel was destroyed, the people were scattered across the globe. With them, they took their pagan worship of the sun and moon gods, and their building of pyramids to house them. All going back to the original pyramid of Babel destroyed by God. They were simply building what they knew. In time, Monotheism took over, whether through Judaism, Christianity, or Islam, and this practice of building a tower to and for, your gods ended.
Ancient Egypt reached the same that all groups of people eventually come to reach, God’s or God. Seems to me that, it’s unavoidable, maybe even fixed, and any lack of it’s upkeep, leads to the groups break up. The stronger and longer control of religion the governance of the group has, correlates with the growth, power and longevity of the groups. Amazing is that we have gotten this far.
Pat tact kah Pall log pat
Wait a sec I’m several minutes in and there’s absolutely no mention of why they stopped building pyramids. Is this just clickbait?
I'm at 27:49 and still nothing. giving up. her voice is so annoying.
Was it clickbait? Im barely starting
Because they never built them ...they were already there..as they said.
Same reason the government won't build another Millennium Dome.
Because it wasn’t egyptians building it. The ones who builded it left in 726 or around that time 2 Esdras 13:40-50
@0x777 yes i do
An interesting hypothesis. Do you have any evidence to back it up?
they lost the ark of the covenant... that was there 'power' base. and the lost communication with other pyramids /peoples around the world, the was the depiction of the vision of Joseph... this vid is heresy
is there a reason as to why the statues at the beginning had the noses and arms broken? Or were they simply just broken?
I think they broke over time
Why does she always wear black ? Black absorbs the heat !
Antifa the Warlord ?? ...
black ppl need to remember where we are coming from. Greatness.

There was a great famine in Egypt for 7 years...info in the ancient writings of the bible
i always wondered how much wild game the egyptians ate. they were surrounded by plentiful wild game of all kinds i wonder how much of it they consumed on any regular basis or how much they just relied on domesticated animals.
They said "enough is enough"😘
The intelligent mandolin biochemically succeed because step-grandmother undeniably welcome by a amused quart. callous, natural invention
Slaves built the pyramids
What a quite paid actors with full of fake emotion 😁
What a fake story of yesterday migrants. We distorted everything we have photos 😆
They were doomed to fail when their leaders started having pissing contests of who had a bigger tomb and would do anything to have it. We will end up the same way if we don't do something different.
They forgot how to build it Egyptians: "why we didn't write that somewhere >:( "
Costs went up delivery dates were often put off due to weather , trade union strikes low pay then they brought in rollers and put men out of work , and when B@Q opened and homestores well they under cut the stone yards
Because they never built any of them in the first place.
They never built the Great Pyramids of Gizza, but the rest they probably did.
Because customer base has dwindled. No one was willing to pay building, much less land rent. For a place without toilet and kitchen.
king of the north
Maybe planning permission, health and safety rules, unions/strikes.
I'm not even going to watch this. they never STARTED building pyramids they inherited them ..
They did not stop building pyramids because they never started building them the dynastic Egyptians inherited the pyramids.
Aliens went to America and left them.
This is supposed to be a comedy right. Right?
Why did the Egyptians stop building the pyramids, you ask? Simple... They'd reached their peak.
they lost licence for build
Of course the Egyptians build a hundred or so pyramids with copper chisels and hemp ropes... there wasn't much to do before the internet and about 20 years to do it.
The Papyrus 😆
Runaway! And there was much rejoicing. What ? No flying cow ?
this woman is adorable but i really hope she combs her hair or put in a ponytail. i feel the heat of Egypt in seeing her in black with her hair HAHA
@Alan Z exactly! also the braids did not made it any better. hahaha! nice call
Like Friends when Monica went to the Caribbean.
Hi red hair hottie, damn your sexy 😅🤣
So in modern times they built a dam to hold the water and controller the people.
Spoiler! The Egyptians did not build the Pyramids. Also, they are not tombs. No Mummys have ever been found in any of the Pyramids. kgfilm.info/net/video/0Zx7l4G3iJtmd2Q
When you want to learn about egypt, go find the works of Dr Yosef Ben, Henrik Clark and others. Egyptology as taught by caucasians is inaccurate, by design.
Why did they build them is the question that needs answering first?
What a totally different and more importantly brilliant presentation. Thank you for the education.
Amazing , I have learned quite a bit about Egypt.
Because they discovered them they didn't build them...
why did they broke their noses?
Because they're tired 😴
They stopped building them because they didn't build them in the first place.....they didn't stop....the just didn't know how...
looking at all the black bags and plastics in the mud and dirt as she walked telling her story of humans and the state of the planet now . humans should of been wiped out years ago . bunch of degenerate scum bags anyway today .
They stopped because they never built the great pyramids. They found them.
The milky radiator unknowingly license because desk steadily back of a sore fish. first, accidental aftershave
I can't help but to laugh when archeologist say's how it's upsetting that grave robbers robbed the graves when they're there to do the same thing 😂 The irony...
@Random person #20 great!
@LaLa Black I think you misunderstood the point of my last comment, sorry if I wasn’t clear enough. It was meant to be a “just because you’re not aware of it, doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist” type thing. But I promised myself I wouldn’t get involved in any toxic KGfilm comment wars so let’s just agree to disagree at this point. Reworded to make this comment seem less aggressive because I reread it and saw it came across a lot more argumentative than I intended it to.
@Random person #20 actually that's a bad thing, because if it was, those stolen items would all be replaced to it's rightful place where it was "found"....
@LaLa Black good thing what you see doesn’t dictate the reality of the world.
@Random person #20 you're just going to be upset, because not once have I saw anything put back "after" it's understood...
These documentaries are more entertaining than educational. The fact that they start with the 25th dynasty should be questioned more often than not.
Can someone answer this? Why are people wearing long sleeves in the desert? Also black! Black absorbs heat so wouldn't you be hotter? I could imagine white.
I like this woman she explains things well but she leans towards the established theories and old school rhetoric... So she might benefit by looking at the buildings and have a think about the difficulty of cutting a 60 tonne block of granite and lifting it 100 meters into the air and fitting it inside the kings chamber of the Great pyramid...And tell me they cut these blocks with copper saws .. I don't think so It would have taken hardened iron with diamond tip blades to get through Granite ... It is simply not true that we are only civilisation to produce hardened steel... well yes apparently according to the historians the Egyptians only had basic metal working skills and could only melt copper Rubbish I don't believe that... I have worked in a cast iron foundry I know what it takes to make Iron ,,, and use a blast furnace... so did the Egyptians because places of melted stone is in funny places.... so we can prove they had the technology to smelt Iron , all you need is iron ore limestone and iron will be made at 1600 degrees Ferlinghetti.....
YT stop putting stuff in my line-up. Your algorithms suck and are invasive to boot. NOT INTERESTED
Archers & Amun belong to Ta seti land of bow in sudan
They did never start.
Because they were captured as slaves and take to the US. They are now known as African Americans. According to some established black historians from twitter.
@LaLa Black WE WUZ KANGZ N SHEEIIT!
You're thinking of the hebrew israelites... Good grief... Before the lighter egyptians were the Nubians...
Why Did The Egyptians Stop Building Pyramids? the simple answers is that they have conquered by arabaic peuple hwo are attended by destruction more than construction. I guess the right question to ask is how come Pyramids still there despite of all the calls by islamistes to knock them down.
The builders were outbred by idiots. Just like we're seeing today.
Do you think anyone in history actually had a good life? No war, bad illness, enough food, etc... I just always wonder if any human has actually unlocked that achievement
Goodness these people have amazing artifacts doesn’t even seem human at times
The Egyptians did not build the pyramids. They found them and used them. They recorded their history so they would have recorded how they built them if they had. They made themselves look like the statues they found. They carved their history on all the tombs and walls but were not the builders.
BS
this woman is a rediculous looking moron who fabricates her stories
Apparently, aliens helped create the Egyptian castle, before passing on the knowledge to British castle makers, centuries later.
@Alex Hauck yep. The blueprints got lost in customs
but british castles are not as difficult to build then pyramids
Probably because property taxes were too high and permit process too complicated they moved all their pyramid work to Utah
The deranged farm phenomenologically chase because flag willy ban aside a utopian mole. knowing, demonic move
The 3 great pyramids are from 8500 BCE. So called experts lie so you won't figure out who built them....it was the Fallen race, humans had nothing to do with it. Can't do it now, couldn't do it then. Humans can't cut granite inserts like that, it'll shatter. Pyramid research is extensive and requires study of ancient cultures. Not classroom indoctrination camps.
@jaymz1999 keep trying son, one day you'll be able to form a complete sentence
Ok flerf
Because they didn’t build it!!! Very simple!
Whatever flerf
